A financial sector organisation specialising in Superannuation (retirement) solutions were transitioning across from a paper based, class room training environment to an online self-service system. Training staff had been provided with Articulate Storyline training and software but required help establishing templates and a professional suite of eLearning programs.
Think Design Execute was initially engaged to design and develop a suite of eLearning modules ranging from soft skills to system based training across the financial services, compliance and Human Resources departments. In the process a standard set of design guides were established so all online modules had the same “look and feel” across the board regardless of what department developed the course.
